Oneplus Nord CE gives a similar experienceoneplus nord ce as its forerunner Oneplus range – in terms of picture quality and clarity, it does not fall short. But, its comparatively low maximum range is disappointing for a mid-range camera. Oneplus also succeeds to make a mark in the low-budget segment as a cheaper low-end model of the original Nord. But, tough competition in the low-budget Rs 15,000-Rs 17,000 segment places doubts on the viability of the Oneplus. The optical zoom ability and picture quality are not really impressive, cast a little bit of a doubt on the overall value proposition of this camera.
In an industry where storage capacities and speed are of uttermost importance, the Oneplus is indeed an exception. The device does offer a huge memory space which allows you to store huge number of images easily. Another factor for which it scores well is the enhanced image quality over the original model. The picture and video quality in the extra-wide mode are quite comparable to the earlier model. Thus, in terms of picture and video quality and the storage space, Oneplus Nord CE easily trumps the earlier model Oneplus range.
As for the image quality, both the variants have been awarded with similarly sized, high resolution screens. The Oneplus Nordic CE comes with a six. 43-inch amoled screen while the Oneplus S range comes with a five. Secondly, the power saving modes offered by both the models are exemplary. They are capable of reducing the power consumption of Oneplus CE to a mere five percent while the Oneplus S runs at a full 90 hz refresh rate. It also offers the users an extended shooting time. You can shoot high resolution images and stills with this camera. However, this feature of the earlier model is absent in the newer variant.
The Oneplus CE has a dual imaging sensor whereas the earlier model has a single sensor imaging system. This new model has improved color temperatures of its image sensor and improves clarity in the images. In terms of the video recording capability, the Oneplus has the ability to capture up to four hours of high-definition video clips at the maximum. There is also a large LCD display in this model, hence enhancing the user interactivity. Apart from the above mentioned special features, the camera comes with a high quality audio system with earphone jack and voice dialer, and it has a huge storage capacity.
The body of this camera is made of rubberized hard plastic. The weight is just 185 grams. The camera is available with a micro SD card which can store up to two hundred pictures. It is also endowed with a USB port that can support the transfer of photos and movies to the personal computer or the laptop. The Oneplus Nordic CE comes with a battery life of one hour and a bright flash LED indicator along with a memory card reader.
